Homemade Not-so-bad salad

Ingredients :

1) Cabbage
2) Cherry Tomatoes ( 4-5, depends on how much the person wants)
3) Cucumber ( Normal cucumber will do, but I used Japanese cucumber)
4) Chicken ( I used chicken breast)
5) Orange ( 1 is more then enough )
6) Thousand island ( I also used parsley sauce )
7) Jacobs Biscuit ( Because I had no Garlic bread, I used this biscuit to replace it )

Before we start mixing it all together :

1) Cabbage - Washed and hand peel it to pieces.
2) Cherry Tomatoes - cut into half
3) Cucumber - Slice it
4) Orange - Peeled the skin away and cut it into cubes

Marinated chicken meat
After steaming it for 5 minutes

How to prepare the chicken meat :
- Marinate the chicken with a lil salt, pepper, sugar and soy sauce.Massage the chicken because  chicken breast are usually hard and chewy. I added some herb flakes. Leave it in the fridge for 3-4  hours. Steam it for 5 minutes and slice it or peel it to small pieces.

Mix it all together :

1) Set the cabbage in the plate, pour the sauce ( which ever you choose) and mix it first. This way, every veg you chew can taste the sauce.
2) Put in the cherry tomatoes and cucumber and add on sauce again ( second choice of sauce or the same sauce you mixed ).
3) Add in your diced oranges and peeled chicken meat.
4) Lastly break your biscuit into crumbs or any size you prefer on top.

Your food is ready to be serve!
